What this extension does

Site Time Tracker measures how much time you spend on each website you visit, and displays that information back to you in a dashboard within the extension.

Data we collect

While the extension is running, it records:

• The domain and subdomain of the site you’re actively viewing (e.g. mail.google.com)
• The amount of time spent on that site (in seconds)

Where this data is stored

All of the data described above is stored only on your own device, using your browser’s built-in local storage (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.session). This extension does not have a server, does not make any network requests, and does not transmit any data anywhere — not to the developer, not to any third party, not to any analytics or advertising service.

You can verify this yourself: the extension’s source code is available at [repository URL], and contains no networking code of any kind.

Data we do NOT collect

This extension does not collect, store, or transmit:

• The content of pages you visit
• Anything you type, click, or submit on any page
• Any record of the individual pages you visit — only per-domain and per-subdomain time totals are stored
• Any personally identifying information
• Any account, login, or authentication information

How to delete your data

Daily time totals are retained on your device indefinitely until you uninstall the extension — there is no in-extension button to clear historical data. Uninstalling the extension permanently deletes all data it has stored, since that data only ever existed in the extension’s own local storage.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will be updated accordingly.
